The Patrons Assurance

Patrons Insurance is a local insurance agency based in the Philippines, looking to establish a credible online presence that reflected their professionalism and trustworthiness. With no existing website, the client needed a complete solution—from layout and content creation to development and launch.

I was brought in to build the website from the ground up. Using WordPress with Elementor and custom-coded enhancements, I designed and developed a fully responsive, fast-loading website tailored specifically to the needs of their target audience. The site features user-friendly navigation, a clean visual layout, and intuitive quote forms designed to encourage inquiries and improve conversions.

Since the client had no existing copy, I conducted research on the insurance industry in the Philippines to create content that was informative, accurate, and aligned with local customer expectations. While I’m not a subject matter expert in insurance, my approach to research and client collaboration allowed me to write compelling and SEO-friendly content, which the client reviewed and approved before publishing.

To further enhance the website’s functionality, I set up email integrations and resolved deliverability issues by adjusting MX records and ensuring proper SMTP configuration—all of which were fully resolved after launch.

Today, the website serves as a trusted online hub for Patrons Insurance, with a fair load speed, great mobile responsiveness, and a user experience that exceeded the client’s expectations. I continue to support the website with regular updates and expansions as the business grows.

This project highlights my ability to handle complete web builds—from strategy to execution—even in industries I’m unfamiliar with, all while delivering polished, professional results that truly represent the client’s brand.
