Clare Martin, a singer and vocal coach, needed a professional online platform to showcase her services and attract new students. Unfortunately, her original WordPress website had crashed due to a critical error, leaving it completely inaccessible.

The Recovery & Rebuild Process

My first priority was to restore the website. I manually accessed the backend, deactivated all plugins and themes, then reactivated each one individually to identify and isolate the issue. Once the site was stable, I moved on to redesigning the entire layout with a focus on modern aesthetics, usability, and mobile responsiveness.
